In NZ, we’re the market leaders. But in Australia? We’re in an exciting "high-growth" phase. We’re looking for a Partner Success Specialist (PSS) to join our small but mighty Aussie team. We’re tight-knit, we’re high-performing, and we have zero time for corporate BS. We’re open, direct, and driven to win.
The Mission
The goal is simple: make our accounting partners legendary. You’ll be their go-to strategist, helping them bake Figured into their DNA to drive real value for their farming clients.
What you’ll actually be doing:
Own the Plan: Design and run partner success plans that turn "new users" into "power users".
Drive Growth: This isn't just about keeping people happy; it’s about expansion. You’ll identify opportunities to grow our footprint within existing and new firms.
Be the Expert: Deliver training that actually sticks. You’ll show accountants how to use Figured to grow their business, not just check boxes.
Be the Bridge: You’re our eyes and ears on the ground. You’ll feed market insights back to our Product team to help shape what we build next.
Collaborate: Work closely with our mates at Xero and MYOB to smash common goals.
Who You Are
We care more about your drive and "entrepreneurial spirit" than a 20-page CV. We’d rather hire a legend with massive potential than someone "average" with a decade of experience.
The Essentials:
Background: You’ve got roots in Accounting or Agri (ideally both). If you’ve got a degree in business/accounting or hands-on experience in the dairy/farming sector, we want to talk.
The "Hustle": You’re a self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding. You see a roadblock and find a way over, under, or through it.
The Consultant Mindset: You aren't just "making a sale". You’re helping partners manage change and navigate their own growth journeys.
Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable with SaaS (bonus points for Hubspot, Intercom, or Xero/MYOB).
