Partner Success Specialist
Build lasting partnerships with accounting firms, deepen Figured adoption, and help farm advisers work smarter with tools that connect financial and production data.
We usually respond within two weeks
Farm advisers are drowning in disconnected numbers. Livestock counts in one place, production data in another, budgets rebuilt from scratch every season because the last spreadsheet broke. Figured connects it all, so the people advising farmers can actually advise them, instead of chasing numbers.
We're the market leader here, and the next stage of growth isn't about proving Figured to a new market, it's about going deeper into the practices already using us, and making sure we stay the standard as the industry keeps moving off spreadsheets and disconnected systems.
What you'd be doing
You'd own the relationships that grow Figured's footprint across an established base of accounting partners, and make sure new firms entering the market land on us first.
Deepen adoption within firms already on Figured, so it becomes how they work, not just a tool they've switched on
Train the people using Figured, including the agri-specific workflows (livestock valuation, farm reporting) that make or break a firm's compliance season
Spot where there's room to go deeper with an existing partner and make the case for it
Get close enough to the work that you understand your partners' clients, not just their login activity
Feed what you're hearing on the ground back to our product team, so what we build actually reflects what the market needs
Who we're looking for
Even with no direct ag or software experience, if you have transferable finance skills and this role lights you up - let’s talk. What matters more is the right mix, which might look something like this:
Genuine connection to agriculture: farming background, family on the land, or real hands-on experience in the sector
A track record somewhere that put you close to farm financials: an accounting practice, agribusiness banking, rural insurance, or agri consulting
Commercial instinct: you can build a relationship, spot an opportunity, and make a case for it without a script
Self-sufficiency. You won't have someone checking in on you daily, and you shouldn't need it
The ability to explain something complicated simply, whether that's to a farmer, a practice manager, or a bank manager
Why this role
We're the established market leader here, which means you're building on solid ground, not starting from zero. There's real depth to grow into: more of the market, more of the product, more responsibility as the team evolves. You'd be reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and joining a small, tight-knit team that moves fast and backs each other, not a big corporate structure with layers between you and the decision.
